Attention to detail brings branding to life in property video

Studio Riz helped the CBRE Auckland - Capital Markets team sell a 3,415 sqm prime piece of land with a stunning property video that adhered to and contributed to their new brand guidelines.

We helped the CBRE New Zealand team create a short, sharp, visually appealing property video for 80 Ascot Avenue in Remuera. As part of our process, we assisted with script writing, music selection and videographer guidance.

To make the video more impactful, we sourced a local NZ voice-over artist to ensure traditional Maori place names were spoken authentically and capture the location's essence. We also created subtitles that could be viewed without audio, ensuring the video was accessible to a wider audience and those who scroll through feeds with their audio off.

As part of the service we also applied some motion-tracked touch-ups to some buildings in the surrounding area.

This video required careful consideration to adhere to CBRE's brand refresh. Part of the process involved developing new video graphics and animation styles. These were turned into templates to create future efficiencies.

Riz, the founder of Studio Riz, also gained extensive experience while working as an employee of CBRE and their Pitch Management team. This experience makes us one of the leading external creative agencies with the ability to carry out new projects for CBRE or any other business with extensive guidelines.

Trust Studio Riz to create a compelling property video that will help sell your property and attract potential buyers. Contact us today to learn more about our services and how we can help you showcase your property in the best possible way.
