Animated story boosts global adoption of automation software
Creative design and storytelling were key for CBRE explaining and implementing a complex software solution across their global offices.
CBRE's APAC Innovation team approached us for help with creating an animated video to promote their internal Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software solution. Being such a new technology, it was understandably hard to educate people on mass how it worked and the benefits that could be had.
Hence, the CBRE team was looking for a way to showcase how RPA could automate manual and repetitive tasks using software “bots”. We recommended creating an engaging story that would be easy for internal stakeholders to relate to and effectively communicate the benefits of RPA.
To achieve this, we carefully crafted the visuals and script for the video, telling the story of Alex, a finance worker who was struggling to keep up with the growing number of invoices he had to process. The story showed how Alex was able to improve his productivity by 400% by using RPA to automate his billing invoice process.
In order to increase adoption for the global audience, we produced voiceovers in US, UK and Australian accents, ensuring that the message felt like it had a more local touch wherever it was viewed.
The final result was an animated video that effectively communicated the benefits of RPA and was well-received by the CBRE team.
